The fee for visits are due at the time of our consultation. I will provide you with forms to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. As defined by the affordable care act, most insurance companies partially or fully reimburse for clinical lactation care. *Melanie Venuti, IBCLC cannot guarantee your reimbursement but will do her best to help you submit your claims.
